Welcome to iGas’ Smart LPG Solution! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all transactions between you and iGas, including the purchase and use of smart LPG cylinder valves, smart filling scales and IoT cloud platform. As an LPG cylinder station manager, energy company purchaser or distributor, you want to work with a transparent and reliable company. 1. Introduction

iGas is a China-based B2B company offering smart LPG equipment and IoT solutions, dedicated to providing efficient, safe tools for LPG cylinder stations, energy companies, and distributors. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • “Customers”: Refers to the business entity purchasing iGas products or services.

  • “Products”: Refers to iGas hardware, including Smart LPG Cylinder Valves and Filling Scales.

  • “Service”: Refers to iGas software and services, including IoT Cloud Platform, Installation, and Maintenance.

  • “Order”: Refers to the customer’s request to purchase products or services from iGas.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes posted on our website; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Orders and Delivery

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to iGas confirmation; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to logistics or customs; iGas is not liable for delays beyond our control.

  • Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

  • Title Transfer: Title transfers to the customer upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment Due: Invoice amounts must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late Payments: Late payments will incur interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate allowed by law).

  • Currency: Payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice, typically USD for international transactions.

6. Products and Services

  • Product Use: Customers must use products in accordance with iGas’s instructions and industry standards, complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Service Scope: Services include IoT cloud platform access, installation, and maintenance, subject to terms specified in the order or contract.

  • IoT Data: Data generated by IoT devices (e.g., smart valves, filling scales) is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy]

7. Warranties and Liability

  • Product Warranty: iGas warrants that products are free from material and workmanship defects for 1 year from delivery, excluding damage due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear.

  • Service Warranty: iGas warrants that services are performed with reasonable skill and care, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free IoT cloud platform performance.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, iGas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. iGas’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant products or services.

  • Force Majeure: iGas is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, government actions).

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: iGas or its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the products, services, and related documentation.

  • License: Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use products and services for internal business purposes only.

  • Restrictions: Customers shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble iGas software, nor remove any proprietary notices from products or services.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Dispute Resolution: Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Beijing, China, under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
